Once a month, Bostonians who enjoy reading aloud great literature will gather at one of city’s premier watering holes to do just that. (Dive bars won’t provide the q …

I started this group because I love to read Sci-Fi and Fantasy books, but I rarely have anyone to discuss them with. I've only been in CT for a few months, and I would love to meet like-minded individuals that I can have fun with and also share my love for the fantastical.
Readers who have read some really good books - like "The Heretic's Daughter" by Kathleen Kent, "Suite Francaise" by Irene Nemirovsky (you'll hear a lot more about her if you sign up.) Others are "Bel Canto" by Ann Patchett and "You're not you" by Michelle Wildgen. I want to expose the group to newer books (and be exposed in turn to some of the group member's favorites.) I also woudn't mind a liberal sprinkling of the classics.

However we don't want to limit ourselves to just those - we hope to explore, examine, and be entertained by all different types of genres. There is no limi …
