London's famous Post Apocalyptic Book Club is coming to the Northwest. If you enjoy apocalyptic or distopian literature, as well as lively debate then this is the club for you. This is a break away club of the original London PABC. This group is open to anyone who likes reading and likes to share their views on books. A degree in English Literature is not required! We'll meet up on the second Wednesday of each month to talk about a book that members have voted to read.

This group is devoted to the reading of one book: Thus Spoke Zarathustra As a group, i would like us to read the first half of the book, discuss it, then go on to read the second half and discuss that. I will be reading the Cambridge edition, translated by Adrian Del Caro, as i like the style; but the Kaufmann and Hollingdale translations are also good (it might be helpful if the group reads the same translation, but it's not essential). I would also definitely recommend finding a readers guide.
