A group of women who read and discuss classics literature over a glass of wine in the St Kilda area. If you're like me and have a long list of un-read classics, please come along. To kick off, we will read Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities. We will decide how to select the remaining books for the year at the first meeting in April. Please bring your list of must-read classics to the April meeting. Happy reading.
NOTE: The group is currently at capacity so is therefore closed to new members. If you are interested in joining, please check back from time to time as we may open membership again when fresh blood is required. *** A book club for those who are interested in reading and discussing the classics. Melbourne Rainbow Grrls This meet up group is private, only people in the group can see what comments and photos are posted. Feel free to use a fake name and pic if you so desire. Melbourne Rainbow Grrls was created as there are very few events for rainbow womyn that are not held at bars. It can be very hard to meet womyn and make lasting friendships in these venues and so, MRG was created to fill this void. However the group has grown and we have changed our direction to include the occasi …

We also both happen to love cats, seafood and potatoes. We met at a bookclub last year and bonded over the thought that we could do it better. This is the end result of that fateful meeting. We'll be reading primarily fiction (unless some unputdownable non-fiction crops up) and we'll be meeting once a month at the Rail Hotel in Windsor. It's go …
